Online/In-Person Therapy 

My approach to therapy is grounded in honesty, respect, openness, and connection. I specialize in areas of religious abuse, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+, adjustment issues, and overall life stresses. My goal is to allow my clients space for healing, processing, and growth through both EMDR and talk therapy. I focus on empowering my clients to discover their full potential, experience strong, rewarding relationships with others, grow in their knowledge about themselves, overcome life’s obstacles, and create a free and authentic life.
